IMG369 provides free, browser-based image editing, format conversion, compression, and enhancement tools. All computations and file modifications execute locally within your client browser tab using client-side JavaScript, WebAssembly, and HTML5 Canvas technologies. We do not host, store, or transmit your processed images to our servers.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You retain full and exclusive ownership of all images, graphics, and photographs you process using our platform. By using IMG369, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or hold the necessary copyright, license, or legal authorization to manipulate and export any image you load into our tools.
• Your use of our tools does not infringe upon any third party copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You will not use the service to create, alter, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent visual materials.

4. Commercial & Personal Usage

All tools on IMG369 are provided completely free for both personal and commercial applications. You may freely use any exported images, cut-outs, cropped photos, or converted assets in client projects, commercial websites, advertising campaigns, and printed products without paying royalties or displaying brand attribution.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMG369 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain high accuracy across our algorithms (including AI background segmentation and super-resolution models), we make no guarantees that output images will meet your exact requirements or be entirely error-free. Image quality depends on input clarity, resolution, and client hardware performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IMG369, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use our tools, including any loss of data or business interruptions.
